Warranty
Geolime warrants that devices will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If the devices do not conform to the limited warranty, and provided that (a) a device in question has not been tampered with, or used for a purpose other than intended, (b) a defect was not caused by the customer’s misuse, improper operation, or improper installation of the device, and (c) the device software has not been modified by anyone other than Geolime or the device’s manufacturer, then Geolime will promptly replace the nonconforming device with comparable new or fully functioning replacement device. How to return devices under warranty
Create a Ticket
Create a helpdesk ticket or send an email to support@fleetometer.com (a ticket will automatically be created).
TROUBLESHOOT
The assigned technician will ask a few questions regarding your issue.
Receive Confirmation
The approved RMA form will be uploaded to your ticket or emailed to you.
Send Form
Print the RMA form and send it together with the shipment to the address on the form.
Packaging
- Devices must be properly packed.
- Include only the device without any accessories.
- Please print the received Return Merchandis Authorization (RMA) Request Form and include it in the package.
Shipping
- Warranty items should be sent to the address that is on the RMA form.
- Clients themselves are responsible for paying the shipment costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not take any responsibility if the devices were not received at the address provided on the form due to loss or theft during transportation.
